27, 1928. The keynote speaker was Judge Harry S Truman,
President of the National Old Trails Association.
The monument was rededicated on September
27, 1978.
On Sunday, September 27th, 1998, the
monument was once again rededicated at her new location
at Fourth and Marble NW.
