Civil Courts Building

10 North Tucker Boulevard
Saint Louis, MO 63101-2044

Built in 1923. I think the architect for this building were drinking when they designed this oddity. The first eleven floors have an art deco-ish style. The next four floors resemble a Greek temple. On trop of that is a giant aluminum pyramid.
