The Rt. 40 Hatem Bridge over the Susquehanna River has a no pedestrian/bicycle policy which is strictly enforced. The good news is that Biller's Bikes in Havre de Grace has bike porter service (24 hour notice). They also offer many other services as well. See their web site at: http://www.billersbikes.com/bridgeservices.html .
