Of all of the guidebooks to Route 66 (or any highway, for that matter), this one is the standard to which they should be compared. Well written and very detailed. The numerous typos and content errors (Springfield and Santa Fe are state capitols) distract only slightly. For roadologists, this is a MUST HAVE.
