Hello, The Flying Clipper Motel in Aberdeen, MD. I worked at this hotel/restaurant over an extended period in the early 1980's - for most of Oct 1980 through Aug 1984, when it sadly closed. During my time, it was known as "Giovanni's Flying Clipper," named after the Italian chef/immigrant Giovanni de Simone, who purchased the restaurant about a decade before I started working there. I remember vividly my time there, starting first as a dishwasher, as an assistant cook, and then finally cook, and have many stories about what it was like to work there at that time. I would be happy to share them if anyone is interested. Regards, Andy Hervert
